Jim has over 35 years of consulting services experience and has been investing in real estate for over 40 years. As a principal in a commercial real estate capital consulting firm, he has experience raising and managing discretionary investment capital. As a parent of a grown son with Autism, his business vision and personal mission connect in a most meaningful way.

Nancy Carey

Nancy has been involved in the Autistic community since the day her son was diagnosed 23+ years ago. Her business background and personal interest in advancing the awareness and support for individuals living on the Autistic spectrum has intersected in unique ways over the years.

Diane Lawson

Diane has been involved in the special needs community since her son was diagnosed over twenty years ago. A professional in healthcare legal/insurance/risk management for over thirty years, Diane’s vision is to create a place where her son and other adults with special needs will have the opportunity to live in their own homes and create a community filled with acceptance, safety, and love.

Christian Molnar

Christian is the Director of Team Relationships for the Philadelphia Eagles. In this role, Molnar works within the Philadelphia area to establish connections that help grow and build partnerships with the Philadelphia Eagles Molnar was an integral part of the internal project team that launched the Eagles Autism Challenge and Foundation in 2018.

The NDL Advisory Council is a volunteer group of highly skilled professionals in various disciplines formed to give advice and support to the NDL board of directors. Our advisory council contributes to NDL's mission in many different ways and adds significant value through recommendations and insights provided to the board of directors.

Gene Guarino

Gene Guarino has over 30 years of experience in real estate investing and business and now is focused on just one thing… investing in the mega-trend of senior assisted housing. Having trained tens of thousands of investors/entrepreneurs over the past 25 years, he now specializes in helping others take advantage of this mega-trend opportunity. Gene is assisting ad advising NDL on how to leverage the success and proven RAL model for adults with autism.

Toby Mathis, Esq

Toby Mathis is a founding partner of Anderson Law Group and the current manager of Anderson’s Las Vegas office. He has helped Anderson grow its practice from one of business and estate planning to a thriving tax practice and national registered agent service with more than 18,000 clients. In his work as an attorney, he has focused exclusively in areas of small business, taxation, and trusts. Toby and his team at Anderson recently helped us overhaul our entire financial plan and special-needs trust for our son Michael.

With a background in media communications, she has a thorough understanding of what it takes to champion a client’s needs through their online presence. She is passionate about helping organizations like NDL turn their vision into reality.

Lorraine LeStorti

Lorraine specializes in developing NDL's visual identity through graphic design in collaboration with NDL brand stakeholders to create assets like logos, typography, color palettes and image libraries that represent NDL's personality. She also developed our visual brand guidelines that describe best practices and provide examples of visual branding applied across various media. These guidelines help to ensure NDL's brand consistency throughout future applications.

Dr. Christina Delgado
+ Biography
Dr. Delgado life's mission is to assist, guide, and educate parents and families of special needs youth. She earned her Master's in Educational Leadership, and a Doctoral Degree in Special Education, with an additional focus in Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is the founder and creator of an online platform catering to the needs of parents with special needs children- Special Ed Advice USA.

Harsha Moole, MD

Dr. Moole is a world-renowned physician scientist with specialization in outcomes research. He is the author / Principal Investigator of >100 peer reviewed research publications in top medical journals, U.S Department of Health and Human Services etc. Dr. Moole is a serial entrepreneur and is the Principal of a physician investment group - PhysicianEstate, that invests in various real estate asset classes all across the country.
